到了北美半年有余了，英文水平没怎么见长，slang倒是学了不少。还记得刚到这里的那几天，跟实验室的哥们说了句: I am not shitting you，反倒被旁边的一mm嘲笑，问我怎么不直接说: I am not fucking with you，并教导道要swear就swear的彻底点，不然还不如不说！搞得我当时巨没脸面，从此立志发奋，只争朝夕，恶补swear words, 终于小有所成。有些同志看到这里可能要不高兴了: swear words?! 语言中糟粕中的糟粕，学它干嘛！果真如此吗？试想一下：两个人同时搞砸了一件事，学生A随口接上一句恰当的swearing, 别人至少会敬他是条汉子；而学生B呢，swear了，但是不幸用错了... 别人会怎么想呢？##$%^··*%#@。在此我归纳了几点学习swear words的必要性，还请大家指正：

 

第一：工作学习压力大，需要合适的途径来排解。与打人摔东西这种费力破财的办法相比，动动嘴皮子更加省时省力。
第二: 兴趣是语言学习最好的老师，swear words做为语言中最有力度的一类词汇，有助于语言学习兴趣的培养。
第三：男人不坏，女人不爱，学会proper swearing可以提高魅力指数。
第四：避免重蹈鄙人的覆辙，被mm嘲笑。
第五：可以更好的swear.
第六：没想好，有待补充...

 

好了，废话到此为止，进入正题。待我先从最versatile的词汇 "fuck" 讲起。

1. fuck up 
puppy评点：有志学好英语的人必须掌握的词汇。
1.1 搞砸，等同于 "mess up"
Ex: Don't fuck up my table.

1.2 痛击, 等同于 "beat sb. hard"
Ex: Tonny was fucked up by Puppy last night.

1.3 恼怒，等同于 "be pissed off"
Ex: Leave me alone, I am fucked up...

1.4 故障, 等同于 "be broken". [进阶知识：做此意思讲时up可省略]
Ex: What happened to your western blot? It was fucked (up).

 

2. fuck off
puppy 评点：使用频率仅次于fuck up的词组，必须掌握。
2.1 滚开 "go away"的粗俗版本。
Ex: Fuck off, SOB!

2.2 搞砸 等同于 "fuck up"
Ex: Don't fuck off my bench.

3. what the fuck
puppy评点：好用的greeting词组, 可缩写为"WTF"。

表示surprise
Ex: What the fuck are you doing here at this time?

 

4. fuck with
puppy评点：原始词义依旧有效，使用时需注意场合。

表示对某人开玩笑，等同于 "be shitting sb." 或 "be kidding sb."
Ex: I am serious, not fucking with you.

5. fuck around
puppy评点：好用的口语词汇。

5.1 表示故意搞砸，破坏，严格等同于 "sabotage"
Ex: Try not to fuck around me.

5.2 表示闲逛，等同于 "dangle around"
Ex: Take it easy, I am just fucking around.

 

6. fuck this/that
puppy评点: 非常实用的词组，但要注意场合。

表示对某事或某人恼怒，等同于 "be mad at sth./sb."
Ex: The western blot still didn't work, fuck that!

 

7. give a fuck
puppy评点：高阶词汇，表示无所谓，等同于 "give a shit"
Ex: It is no big deal at all, I don't give a fuck.

鉴于上述用法多出自US army，为了扩展大家眼界，在此附上经典越战电影"Full Metal Jacket"的部分对白：
"The best part of you went down the crack of your mama's ass and ended up as a brown stain on the mattress!"
"You look like the kind of guy who'd fuck a person in the ass and not even have the God damn common courtesy to give him a reach-around!"
"I want that head so clean that the Virgin Mary herself would be proud to take a dump in it!"
"Only steers and queers come from Texas, Private Cowboy. And you don't look much like a steer to me."
"I am hard, but I am fair! There is no racial bigotry here! I do not look down on niggers, kikes, wops or greasers. Here you are all equally worthless!"

昨晚看武林外传一没留神干到2点多， 结果早上9点才爬起来，想了想我的appointment是9点半的，吃了片面包就直奔使馆。到了地方就后悔了，外面黑压压的一长串人，排到我不知道到啥时候了。果然，花了2个小时才挪到安检，又花了一个小时终于见到了传说中的VO。其间由于听错号还闹了一回笑话，丢了次人，这里就不说了。面试过程仅有5分钟，VO瞟了我几眼问了几个非常特别以及十分stupid的问题后就让我明天来取签证了，可能是RP大爆发吧，哈。可惜身边没有中国移动的手机，不然一定会发送RP到10086查询一下的。好了，继续外传！
